1. Scope of Service
NextQ Technology provides infrastructure execution and technical support as a subcontractor for prime contractors and government agencies. All services are subject to specific project contracts.
2. Liability
Our operational execution is performed under strict engineering standards. Liability is defined according to the terms of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or specific project procurement documents.
3. Compliance
We operate in full compliance with U.S. and relevant international regulations, including OSHA safety standards and environmental protocols.
